At LLU School of Dentistry Student Clinics, patients receive high‑quality care from dental and dental hygiene students working under close supervision from expert faculty. Our faculty dentists, hygienists, and physicians are leaders in their specialties and are dedicated to ensuring students deliver safe, competent, and compassionate care.

Students learn the latest dental procedures while providing valuable services to the community. With direct oversight from licensed faculty, our student‑faculty teams offer trusted, affordable treatment across multiple disciplines.

Dental Hygiene

Under the supervision of licensed faculty dentists (DDS) and hygienists (RDH), dental hygiene students perform X‑rays, cleanings, root planing, and oral health instruction. Each student completes at least two years of advanced dental science education beyond their undergraduate degree.

General Dentistry

In the General Dentistry Clinic, third‑ and fourth‑year dental students deliver patient care with faculty oversight. These students bring extensive classroom, lab, and clinical training to each appointment. All treatment is supervised by experienced DDS faculty and contributes toward completion of the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
